Visually inspect all walls, floors, ceilings, opening and closing all interior doors, opening and closing all windows.
Home Electrical Inspections
Included in inspection package
Visually inspect service drop, service head, gooseneck, drip loops, service conduits and raceway, electrical meter and base, main electrical panel, switches, receptacles, AFCI’s, GFCI’s, lighting, and types of wiring.
Home Plumbing Inspections
Included in inspection package
Visually inspect home plumbing systems, sinks, faucets, showers, toilets, drainage flow, water flow, and water heating system.
Home Heating and Cooling Inspections
Included in inspection package
Visually inspect heating and cooling systems, source of energy, type of heating system, type of cooling system, main shut-off valves, location of thermostat, and operate both systems using normal operating controls.
